Run faucets and flush toilets
Ensure thermostat is working properly according to outside temperature
Look for any damage that could be caused by outside weather
Check for water damage to ceilings, walls and floors
Watch for Mold/Mildew problems
Check for pest & insect invasions
Notify client immediately of any problem that is identified during inspection
Meet service providers and or contractors and over see their work (additional fee required)
Meet for deliveries like appliances or furniture (additional fee required)
